100% NATURAL LOCAL CIDER

Ciders with Designation of Origin Euskal Sagardoa – Natural Cider of the Basque Country must be made 100% with native apple and obtain the quality certificate.

In order for cider to obtain the distinction of the appellation of origin, it must first approve analytical and organoleptic controls. The HAZI Foundation certifies the entire process, starting in the apple orchards and even bottling. In the Fraisoro Laboratory they will pass the organoleptic panel – first laboratory accredited for it.
